Yes. Bone loss doesn't automatically disqualify you. All-on-4 uses 4 implants to support a single full-arch prosthetic bridge. 3-on-6 uses 6-8 implants to support three separate bridge segments, offering greater strength and a more natural bite distribution. 3-on-6 is typically recommended for patients who want the most durable, long-term solution and have adequate bone density.
Most patients report less pain than they expected. Under IV sedation, you won't feel anything during the procedure and will have little to no memory of it.
